1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms govern your use of drovertv.com (the "site"), operated by Drover ("Drover," "we," "us"), a company based in Florida. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. If you use the site for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

2. Our platform services

The site describes Drover's connected TV advertising platform, including our SSP, DSP and ad server. Access to the platform is provided only under a separate written agreement between Drover and a business customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services or a guarantee of any result, revenue or performance.

3. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about Drover and to contact us. You agree not to:

• Break any law or anyone's rights while using the site.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems or other users' information.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including by sending malware, overloading it, or scraping it with automated tools beyond normal search engine indexing.
• Submit false information or impersonate any person or company.
• Copy, frame or reuse the site's content or design to create a competing product or misleading materials.

4. Our content and brand

The site and its content, including text, graphics, the Drover name, the Drover "D" brand mark and the site's design, belong to Drover or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, personal, revocable right to view the site. You may not use our name or marks without our written permission.

5. What you send us

When you submit a form or contact us, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

6. Links to other sites

The site may link to websites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Drover disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.

8. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Drover will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Drover and its owners, employees and agents from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
